Albert Mitchell arrived in Tulsa in 1977 from California after serving in the military. This past October he lost his daughter and one of his granddaughters after they were tragically murdered. Albert kept his promise to his daughter by assuming full care of her kids at 64 and has proven his unwavering persistence through adversity.
The Oasis team found his story inspirational and wanted to provide support for him and his family so he doesn’t have to do so much all on his own. With this $1000 reward, he’ll be able to provide fresh meals for himself and his grandbabies.
